Just to be fucking different than every other UNIX in the world, IBM changed 
the way to add inet services.  To do that, do the following: 

1. Add appropriate information to the /etc/services file.
2. Add appropriate information to the /etc/inetd.conf file.
3. ``Run inetimp``
4. ``refresh -s inetd``
