Some, not all, of the hp laserjet printers will constantly reprint queued jobs until the printer is reset. The parameters listed below seem to fix the problem.
Modifiable Queue Parameters ----------------------------- Settings may be changed by selecting the corresponding numbers. You can make as many changes as you want until '0' is selected. To abort the operation, press 'q'. Warning: Modifying a queue while printing a job may cause the job to be cancelled and re-started again. Options: Current Settings: -------- ----------------- 1) JobMonitor [ON] 2) Default Queue [NO] 3) Status Log [OFF] 4) Additional printer changes . . . Select an item for change, or '0' to make the changes effective (q - quit): 4Set the parameters appropriately or select 4 for more options. That will result in the following display:
